Payments Policy is including procedures in relation to acceptance of fees and payments towards the services offered by STE Fashion. STE Fashion platform is to ensure customer friendly and do best to provide good security to protect customer’s financial information which is shared. Customers are required to understand the terms of Payment policy. If you do not agree to the terms , we advised not to accept the terms and stop using the platform.

Fees and Payment Options

STE Fashion do not charges any fees for browsing our platform. For Customer security and flexibility we provides multiple payment options through payment gateway and options are as follows.

– Net Banking
– Credit Cards / Debit Cards
– Cash on Delivery ( if applicable )
– Pay wallets ( i.e. Paytm, Phone pe etc., )

STE Fashion reserve the right to reject customer’s payment made through the payment options for any reason whatsoever if needed.

By accepting payment policy customer also agree to provide correct ,complete and accurate financial information such as credit/debit card details or other payment details which is stored by STE Fashion’s third party payment gateway provider. Any Issue related to payment gateway will be comes under payment gateway provider only. Customer must not use any financial option which is not lawfully owned by him/her or not authorized to use. For such case customer is solely responsible for all concerns. In such cases STE Fashion do not entertained all liabilities that may arise as a result of any unlawful actions.

STE Fashion decline all liabilities in case of unlawful actions or in following situations

– a lack of authorization of any transactions
– The credit/Debit card limits issued by customer’s bank
– Any Technical problem during transaction
– Or any rejection of transaction beyond STE Fashion Control

For Promotional activities STE Fashion may, at its sole discretion, credit monies or credit points into to discounts offered by it or specified third parties as a part of various promotional events organized by STE Fashion from time to time, and subject to such terms and conditions as notified by STE Fashion at the time of such promotions. Promotional offers are in any manner as may be defined by STE Fashion in its sole discretion.

The EMI Payment Option allows Customers to make EMI based payments for the Products from the STE Fashion platform. The EMI Payment Option can be availed only for the purchase of Products with a minimum cart value of INR 5,000 (Indian Rupees Eight thousand). The EMI Payment Option is only available for payment through credit cards issued by selected banks as specified on the Platforms. STE Fashion will not be responsible or liable for any issues or claims arising from the use of this Payment Option.
